All products are shipped on the same day if the order is received before 1:00 pm.
Orders placed after 1:00 pm will be dispatched on the following business day.

Delivery options and pricing

Free standard shipping on orders over $50

Standard delivery Australia-wide: $9.90, with an average delivery time of 2 to 6 business days

Express delivery: $14.99, with an estimated delivery time of 1 to 4 business days

We use partner carriers to handle all deliveries, and tracking information will always be provided once your order has been dispatched.

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or from the expected delivery date.
We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by resending the products or processing a refund.
